I love to write as much as I love to speak. Some say I talk to much, so the two have gone hand in hand. I have always felt that there was more to life then just the normal everyday exsistance. My philosphy has been that a life not lived giving back in some way was not worth living. My heart is as big as my mouth and my thoughts run as deep as my soul. Being diagnosed with breast cancer at age 24 put me in a unique position to see life in a way many others have not.  I once again did not fit the norm! That one event forever changed my life and some of the choices I made, both good and bad. I am a single mother to a wonderful son, my biggest blessing in this world. My interests are varied yet still they come back to wanting to help reach out to others and make this world just a little better and brighter. I am excited about having found a place like Hubpages, to not just put my writing out there but to read what others have to say as well.
